Curse is moving their headquarters to Huntsville, AL, bringing 20 to 30 new jobs to the area.

Curse boasts to be one of the largest gaming information companies in the world, with more than 22 million unique visitors a month. Curse owns over 60 video game websites, and has 2.95 million active users of their software and gaming tools. Huntsville, AL is a perfect fit for Curse gaming headquarters, with a community that has a strong emphasis in technology and IT, and hordes of engineers. It is no wonder Curse has made the well-informed decision in moving to Huntsville.

Before choosing Huntsville, Curse also considered other cities like Boulder, CO, Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA, and Seattle, WA. After an analysis of the four other cities, Huntsville was the most competitive of the five. For the past three years, Curse has maintained a team development office at: 305 Church Street, Suite 601, Huntsville, AL 35801. Curse also has offices in New York, Australia, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Germany, and Ireland. Their current headquarters is located in San Francisco, CA.

VP Donovan Duncan said this about the move: "We made the decision to move to Huntsville earlier this year. Basically we were looking for a place that would be a good change for our employees and a successful business environment for us to place ourselves in. We own and operate over 60 different web properties, do over a billion - with a B - page views per month on our different properties, we're 100 employees strong, and we're profitable, which in our space says a lot."

Residents of Huntsville, AL are excited about Curse moving their headquarters to the former BB&T building in downtown Huntsville.

Huntsville Mayor Tommy Battle said "This is what we as a city is striving to do -- is bring the best and the brightest - those young workers to the community."
