Justin Bieber was on Drugs in Yellow Lamborghini but Not Drag Racing?

Justin Bieber in trouble

Is Justin Bieber is in trouble again, or maybe he just stays in trouble.

On December 30, 2013, Justin Bieber was accused of assaulting a limousine driver picking him up from a nightclub in Toronto, Canada.

If Justin Bieber is convicted of assault on this Limo driver, he would be deported and banned from coming to the U.S. to work. Yikes!

Justin Bieber Driving Yellow Lamborghini Under the Influence of Alcohol

Rewind back to Thursday, January 23, 2014, when Justin Bieber was pulled over in a Miami residential neighborhood for drag racing against his friend, Khalil. Justin Bieber  in a yellow Lamborghini, accompanied by model, Chantel Jeffries. He was pulled over by cops and failed his sobriety test. Whoops!

In addition to that, cops described Justin Bieber as: "excited, talkative, insulting, cocky, and profane." Yep, all the signs of being on drugs. He even had a hard time taking the breathalyzer test, given by the cops. After Justin Bieber became obviously "agitated" that he could not perform the test, he said he was "blowing into the hose like he blows into his trumpet." According to TMZ, Justin Bieber blew a .014 on the breathalyzer.

But wait...

TMZ is saying that Justin Bieber was not drag racing, as accused by the cops. TMZ claims to have obtained the GPS print out from the rental company that owns the yellow Lamborghini. According to the print-out, the yellow Lamborghini Justin Bieber was driving did not go over 44 m.p.h. Cops say that the yellow Lamborghini was going between 50-60 m.p.h.

Even if TMZ is technically correct about not drag racing, Justin Bieber still failed the sobriety test, which means he still broke the law. At this point, Justin Bieber was found guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, plus toxicology found Xanax and marijuana in his system.

After the incident, Justin Bieber tweeted this to his followers: "You are all worthy no matter what anyone says>>Be strong God is with us all" and "My Beliebers changed my life>I will forever be grateful."

Access Hollywood reports that his manager Scooter Braun is past the point of saying that Justin is just a young kid making mistakes. It is time for Justin Bieber to act responsibly. No more chances.

Is Money a 'Curse' on Celebrities?

Entertainment celebrity Justin Bieber performing

Do you think that money is a curse on celebrities?

Look at celebrities Miley Cyrus or Justin Bieber, for example. Both have claimed at one point in their lives to be Christians, yet both have earned large amounts of money, and both have been in the news for poor decisions (related to sex or drugs).

Did money make them dumber?

I don't believe a person could blame money for these entertainment celebrities' mistakes. Rather, it was a lack a spiritual foundation that led to the toppling of their morals that we thought they had. Money simply accelerated their decline because virtually anything is at their fingertips. A celebrity never has to hear the word 'no' again.

Is Having Money a Curse?

Simply having money is not a curse. The Bible says the 'love of money' is the root of all evil. Just possessing  money it is not a curse.

Celebrites no longer have to hear 'no'.

You want one? You got it! In fact, give them two of everything.

How can a person stay humble when there is no longer any limitation on what he or she can have?

The only way to stay humble is to purposefully seek God. The only problem is that so many celebrities feel that they no longer need God. In this situation, Money and the pursuit of more Money has replaced God.

If one did not have a regular time reading the Bible before money came into the picture, it is unlikely that one will increase his or her celebrity time after they make it big. God can still intervene in a celebrity's life, but you don't read about it that often.

What Happens When a Person Gets Money

When a person becomes famous and starts 'rollin' in dough' something happens. The people hired around this celebrity are not real friends. They are nothing more than "Yes Men". Many celebrities have people around them that are like leeches, trying to milk whatever money off of them they can. These kinds of people never say 'no'. They push a celebrity to push the envelope, and to make it bigger and better every time. Bigger and better isn't always bad, but in the case of Miley Cyrus, she is trying to make herself a sex symbol. It is backfiring on her, and making her look raunchy.

In the case of Justin Bieber, various reports have shared that his bodyguards go out and find a woman (or group of women) for him to sleep with that night in various cities, if he doesn't make it to a local brothel to hand pick the woman himself.

What celebrities need to do is surround themselves with morally upright people that will give them honest advice, and aren't afraid to say: "No, this isn't right."

Money isn't a curse on people. Their own downfall is a lack of spiritual foundation, and they move farther and farther away from God.

Meet the Dutch Justin Bieber Lookalike: Benjamin Lasnier

Benjamin Lasnier, the Justin Bieber Lookalike (picture from Instagram)

Benjamin Lasnier is the Dutch version of American music star, Justin Bieber. Some could even argue that little Benjamin is even cuter than Justin Bieber at that age. After all, Benjamin Lasnier is only 13 years old, and people are buzzing that he is a Justin Bieber lookalike. Benjamin Lasnier is from Copenhagen, Denmark, and is riding the wave of popularity that has already been paved by superstar, Justin Bieber.

Brief History

Benjamin Lasnier began to upload his picture to Instagram while sitting in a restaurant, Easter of 2012. Thirty minutes later, he already had 50 likes on his photo. Since noticing how popular his photos have been, he has regularly uploaded photos of himself, which are referred to as "selfies."

Fast forward to March 2013, and Benjamin Lasnier has over 2,100 photos uploaded to Instagram and already has more than 762,000 fans on Instagram.

Lookalike or not, with a fanbase of more than 762,000 fans, Lasnier obviously has gained such a following because of his incredible likeness to Justin Bieber. He has said that he wishes to "crack America" with his fame and music. So far, he only lip-synced to music.

Justin Bieber has his "Beliebers," while Benjamin Lasnier has his "Benzilers."

Despite not touting any actual talent, Sony has officially signed him in an attempt to market him to the U.S. in some form or fashion, most likely as a singer. Sony A&R Mads Kjaergaard says, "Every talent starts from scratch. If Lasnier can credibly establish himself and leverage his fanbase, there is 'no limit to where he could go.'"

According to the Examiner, his mother first noticed her son's popularity when mobs of young girls were following him around in public.

Now leave it up to Sony to make some money off of this uncanny resemblance to Justin Bieber.

Top 10 Ways to Identify If a Celebrity is in it for the Money:

Battleship Movie created from board game

If you find yourself doing things that you wouldn't normally do in exchange for a paycheck, then you qualify to be "in it for the money."

Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with being an actor in Hollywood, and wanting to get a paycheck. The problem is when a person is willing to endorse things that they haven't tried, wouldn't ever use, and are only doing it for the paycheck.

Would Justin Bieber wear his own perfume line?  Of course not.

Someone probably walked up to him and said, "Hey Justin, I know how we can make a ton of money off of a bunch of your female teenage fans." and he was probably like, "I'm all in. Make me some dough!"

That would be an example of doing something just for the money.

Now 50 Cent was recently interviewed by Oprah, and said how his energy drink Street King has allowed him to go to Africa and take on a cause such as ending world hunger. His initial motive may have not been to do this charity, but now he is able to take on this cause, which is a noble move.

The movie Battleship probably should have never happened. The last Harry Potter and Twilight split up into two movies seemes a little unnecessary. Although in  Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, I thought the movie was ending on three separate occasions. The first pseudo ending, I stood up to leave. But wait! There's more. Then there was the 2nd pseudo ending, I stood up again. It kept going, and going, and going. Will this movie ever end?

Please whatever you do, wrap up a movie once, put a nice bow on it and end it. Don't make it into two parts for the money, and certainly don't make three "almost" endings. That is just despicable. They should have left some of that behind on the cutting room floor.

It All Started When...Kanye West Twittered About Abortion

Do we listen when celebrities make their opinion known?  Of course.  Why do you think it appeals to so many people when Entertainment Tonight comes on TV, or when the Insider comes on?  Or how about standing in line at the grocery store, and seeing the headlines on a celebrity gossip magazine?

Why don't we just blame it on Kanye West? He isn't usually afraid to share his opinion on anything.  Because Beyonce's music video was obviously the greatest of all time.

Kanye West

Kanye's recent tweet was about gold diggin' women who get pregnant on purpose just to make money off of the neighborhood balla'.  He goes on to say how expensive an abortion costs and then says to "strap up" and that it hasn't personally happened to him - but he has a "friend" that it has happened to..........Riiiiiiiiiiiight.

Justin Bieber on cover of Rolling Stone

Justin Bieber was also recently quoted by Rolling Stone, saying: "I really don't believe in abortion.... I think [an embryo] is a human.  It's like killing a baby." His Rolling Stone interview can be seen here.

Would you listen to someone who is respected by many because of her ministry?  Mother Teresa of Calcutta had a ministry that lasted over 45 years taking care of the poor, orphaned, sick, and dying.

She once said:  "The greatest destroyer of love and peace is abortion, which is war against the child. The mother doesn't learn to love, but kills to solve her own problems. Any country that accepts abortion is not teaching its people to love, but to use any violence to get what they want."

A baby in the womb.

Killing a life is the simple way out of responsibility.  But in our society we live in the moment, and don't consider the possibility that a living, breathing child could actually come from having sex.  And that is where the trouble starts in the first place.  "Hook ups" are taking place by young adults and kids as early as in middle school, and the parties responsible still aren't mature enough to take care of themselves.  Ultimately, this lack of guidance falls on the parents, for not instilling a value system on life in the first place.  A lack of morals equal a lack of value on life.  If you don't believe there is a spiritual aspect to life, then why value a relationship as anything more than a "hook up?"  That thought process is playing out everyday as newborns are increasingly looked at as a mistake, instead of as a gift from God.

And finally, former President Ronald Reagan said in a [22 September] 1980 New York Times:  "I've noticed that everybody that is for abortion has already been born."

That's a good point, since the unborn can't defend themselves against those of us that are given a chance at life.

January 22, 2011 marks the 39th anniversary of Rowe v. Wade, the pivotal court decision legalizing abortion.

As a Christian, I will pray that people begin to value life in this country, and not take killing a human life so lightly.

After all, as the bumper sticker reads: Aren't you glad someone didn't abort you?

I almost was, and I am thankful that God spared my life.

Justin Bieber's Fame Might Hurt His Game

Justin Bieber says, "You need 6G"

If you were watching the Superbowl on Sunday, then you may have seen the Best Buy commercial with Justin Bieber and Ozzy Osbourne (seen here), that left many people wondering what the commercial itself had to do with Best Buy.  The commercial started out with Ozzy talking about a new smartphone with 4G...then 5G, then Ozzy is replaced with a younger actor (Justin Bieber) to promote 6G.  And most people do not think of Best Buy when you are talking about the speed of a cell phone network.  According to NBC's morning show, The Today Show, most people watching the commercial - didn't get it.  But it got bonus points just for having Justin Bieber in it.

Top: Ozzy, Justin Bieber, and Sharon Osbourne; Bottom: Ozzy looking confused, Old Justin Bieber and a confused Sharon Osbourne.

Justin Bieber is a hot commodity nowadays.  It's that simple.  He is so desirable as a celebrity that he is paired up with almost anyone - like Ozzy Osbourne - in the Best Buy commercial, and dressed in a Tron suit, because that's just cool.

Justin Bieber's movie, titled: Never Say Never, will be out in theaters on Feb. 11, 2011.  Tickets are selling (and pre-selling) like concert tickets, and the movie will undoubtedly break some sort of record for having the "Most ticket sales bought by teenage girls" on opening weekend record for a concert movie.

Some radio stations have even compared Justin Bieber to Michael Jackson, playing Michael Jackson's singing part in the song, "ABC" to Justin Bieber's solos to show how alike they sound.

Justin Bieber is so popular that at any given time, chances are that when you log into Twitter, there is at least one word or phrase trending that has something to do with him.  Some popular examples of trending Bieber phrases on Twitter are:  #BieberFacts, #RIPBieber (when he died on C.S.I.), #BieberFever, #BieberCENT (a hybrid of Justin Bieber & 50 Cent), and in reference to his upcoming movie, #BieberPremiere.  And the list could go on forever.

Concluding thoughts:  We can only hope that J.B.'s fate is unlike many celebrities and musicians that have more money, and end up with mo' problems (contributed to drugs).  If you look at the King of Rock 'n Roll, Elvis, or the King of Pop, Michael Jackson, their lives ended tragically - and before their time - because of drug addictions, and they were considered music legends even as they were still breathing.

Money can't buy you happiness, and I say it can actually take you places where you don't want to go if you don't take control of it and your life.  You never know, he might turn out alright.
