The video shows several onlookers near the vehicle as a man appears to be coming up from the driver's side.

According to Cullman Daily, "This is the scene at the crash near Hurricane Creek Park on HWY-31, where a vehicle crashed and is perpendicular in the trees."
Michelle Hudgins Moore Shaw was a witness to the accident. She wrote on Facebook:
"I saw it happen. I don't know if he clipped the 18 wheeler or what but saw him when he lost it, came across all 4 lanes right in front of me. Definitely went on a ride. I was glad they both got out of the vehicle." -Michelle Hudgins Moore Shaw
