A 31-year-old woman steals an Amish horse and buggy about 14 miles from Centreville, Michigan, which is where more than 10% of Michigan's Amish population lives.
The owner of the horse and buggy was shopping in Walmart. What's even stranger is that she made contact with police at Walmart earlier in the same day, but that reason was not disclosed.

Woman Steals Amish Horse and Buggy in Sturgis, Michigan
Business Insider reported that a 31-year-old woman stole an Amish horse and buggy from Walmart on Saturday. A truck driver in the Walmart parking lot saw the woman take the horse buggy and told the police what happened.
The thief abandoned the horse and buggy about two miles away near the hotel she was staying at. The horse was unharmed.
Sturgis Police did not publicly disclose her name.
The woman was charged with "larceny and larceny of livestock," and is held in the St. Joseph County Jail.
